Some notes: *Uninstalling your current graphics driver will stop external monitors from working, so if your laptop screen is cracked don't uninstall your driver. Not only will this driver let you play dota 2, it also increased my tf2 frame-rate from annoyingly choppy to very smooth! I do use all low setting and get smooth frame-rates even during team fights, and simply have not experimented with getting better settings because graphics don not matter to me. After hours of desperately trying to find a fix, I came across the Royal BNA driver, which was created mainly to fix problems that people were having with the source engine as it relates to TF2 and Half-Life Episodes. Prior to changing to this custom driver, my game would never get past the red dota2 symbol (even with steam commands to skip the intro video). A quick google search will give the necessary information (i think i used the teknogod link) on the driver as well as lots of information about the driver. The only difference is that you need to download a custom driver known as the "Royal BNA Driver". I have played over 500 games of Dota 2 on this video card and you can too.
